Mustang Promotions provides business development, marketing and promotions to musicians and performers

Since the inception of Mustang Promotions, Sally has worked with many independent musicians and performers helping them pay attention to the business and providing tools to allow more time to make the music.

In running a business, she has a strong stance on trying to do things differently. Sally believes, if you look back at history, successful music is generally music that pushed the boundaries, bands that did not follow the pack and audiences that did not want to be told what to listen to.

In addition to managing and promoting her clients, in 2009, Sally started organising music business workshops. These workshops run by Mustang Promotions provides a workshop alternative for independent artists who are a little unsure as to what to do next or need some direction to discover the untapped resources in their network.

Mustang Promotions was established in 2006 by Sally Porteous, providing a platform for business development, marketing and promotions to independent musicians and performers.
