Interactive Games and Entertainment Industry representative organisation
The Interactive Games and Entertainment Association (iGEA) is a representative body for the Australian and New Zealand interactive video and computer game industry. iGEA’s main purpose is to facilitate dialogue between the interactive video and computer games industry, government regulatory bodies, and the public. iGEA is managed by a Board of Directors, consisting of several senior executives from the interactive game and entertainment industry. They consult with government departments and regulators regarding legislation and regulatory materials affecting their members, and to facilitate their position on policy decisions. iGEA interacts with its members via weekly hardware and software reports, conducting research, and holding industry briefings.
