Glasshouse Country News is the only locally owned and operated weekly newspaper in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. This magazine style community newspaper features local news and events relevant to the locals. It covers aspects of community life such as council news, community events, business updates, environment issues as well as sports and entertainment. This year is the 25th anniversary of Glasshouse Country News.
History:Glasshouse Country News was established in May 1986. It has since increased its publication frequency to weekly, twice that of when it started.
