History Makers Radio
Interview style Christian radio program
History Makers Radio is a weekly 25 minute radio show which is played on over 49 radio stations around Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific. The program’s concept involves host Matt Prater asking candid questions of his well known interviewees. Often these questions are focused on strategies for success, business practices, family issues, and faith.
There are now over 60 interviews available for download from the History Makers Radio website. Currently available are past interviews with politicians Kevin Rudd and John Anderson, as well as performers Marina Prior and Guy Sebastian.
History Makers has also released a book of previous radio interviews. Titled History Makers in Music the book is made up of interview transcripts of musicians that have appeared on the radio show. The book is available for purchase from the website as well as more information regarding upcoming interviews.
History Makers Radio was launched in February, 2006 by New Hope Brisbane. The host, Matt Prater, is a Pastor at New Hope Brisbane, a church which meets on Sunday mornings at the Roundhouse Theatre, Musk Avenue, Kelvin Grove.| Ownership: | Co-Operative |
