Brisbane Jazz Club
Brisbane’s home of jazz
The Brisbane Jazz Club (BJC) is located in Kangaroo Point and was formed in 1972. The BJC aims to promote awareness and participation in jazz of all styles through its events.
The BJC is a venue, which provides the opportunity for both amateur and professional jazz musicians to perform together regularly. It supports the jazz scene in Brisbane and Australia with local, interstate and international jazz artists performing on a weekly basis. Each weekend there are events hosted by the BJC and club membership provides access to information about these evenings.
The club features a licensed bar and restaurant, which can be hired for special events such as weddings, anniversaries, birthdays and charitable events.
