North-West News
A free weekly community newspaper
The North-West News is a suburban newspaper that serves suburbs approximately 10 to 20 kilometres north-west of Brisbane’s central business district. These suburbs include Ferny Hills, Arana Hills, Ferny Grove, Keperra, Everton Hills, Mitchelton, McDowall, Stafford Heights, Gordon Park and Enoggera.
As a source of local news for the north-western suburbs, the newspaper also includes sections on property, sport, lifestyle, beauty and fashion.
The North-West News circulation stands at 43,085 with a readership of 73,000, predominantly in the 35 to 64-year-old demographic.
History:The North-West News was established in 1984, and has kept the local community up to date with news and current affairs consistently for more than two decades.
In 2006, Quest Community Newspapers was acquired by News Limited and has since been published as part of its News Community Media network, although it has retained the Quest Community Newspapers branding.
