Insight Magazine is an alternative new age lifestyle magazine which circulates in Australia and New Zealand. It is the main product of the Insight Publishing Company and its target demographic includes educated women with interests in spirituality, healing, personal development, and astrology. Since its inception, the publication has expanded its market reach slowly, beginning at a local level to the progression of its current international level.
The editorial direction of Insight Magazine changes per issue, in line with the Insight Publishing philosophy of supporting a diverse range of opinions and ideas. Editors are chosen on their expertise and passion for a certain topic. The magazine has regular monthly features on yoga, nutrition, travel, crystals, and horoscopes.
