Brisbane Line, TheThe online magazine of the Brisbane Institute. The Brisbane Line is the online magazine of The Brisbane Institute. The Brisbane Institute, which was formed in 1999, is a key driver of intellectual exchange between policy makers and practitioners in industry, commerce, government, academic institutions and the wider community. The Brisbane Institute holds this role both in Australia and internationally. The Brisbane Line reflects this idea, as each monthly issue has published articles of contemporary relevance from individuals and organisations since its beginning in March 2007. The content in The Brisbane Line ranges from articles about Australian values, Queensland elections, public transport and water issues to religion, law and international events. Since the formation of The Brisbane Institute in November 1999, The Brisbane Line has been released monthly as a generator of ideas and a facilitator of discussion. From March 2007, the online magazine has been published once per month.
