Commercial Arts Training College
A college for creative development in design
Commercial Arts Training College (CATC) is a training college that provides tertiary education in design. CATC offers full-time study and short courses in graphic design, interior decoration and design and photography. These courses are nationally recognised and registered with the Department of Employment and Training (DET). CATC courses are also AUSTUDY approved, industry recognised and articulate to University.
CATC offers industry experience opportunities through placements with multi-national companies such as IKEA, Saatchi and Saatchi and Walt Disney and with local businesses including Power Pacific, Basis Advertising and Le Mercier’s.
History:CATC was first established in 1982, and is one of Australia’s leading private training providers in graphic design, interior decoration and design and multimedia with campuses in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and the Gold Coast.
