Roy Morgan Research is a full service research organisation specialising in omnibus and syndicated data. It specialises in recontact-customised surveys, which provide qualitative and quantitative information regarding customers and target markets. Furthermore, Roy Morgan provides both consumer and business finance products to clients.

The largest and most identifiable aspect of the business is the Roy Morgan single source survey, which incorporates over 50,000 interviews in both city and country areas of Australia each year with people aged fourteen years and older. Weekly interviews are conducted to provide data trends. These results are then provided to publishers, radio and television stations, agencies, marketers, and advertisers. Recently Roy Morgan have begun a Business to Business (B2B) survey.
