Hotkey Internet Services is an Internet Service Provider (ISP) that has offices in every state in Australia. The company offers a range of services including broadband, dial-up, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), Hotkey Velocity, ISDN, web hosting, web SMS, iPASS global roaming and telephony, and online security. Hotkey Internet Services also provides additional services such as domain registration and web and email hosting for both residential and business needs. The company mainly specialises in broadband services and its internet plans can be tailored to meet each individual’s requirements. As one of Australia’s larger ISPs, with an Australia-wide footprint, Hotkey Internet Services still aims to provide a much more personal service.

Hotkey’s Brisbane partner, TechnolACE Pty Ltd situated in Alderley, offers IT and Telephone solutions with internet access offered through Hotkey.

Hotkey was established in October 1996 as a specialist ISP, primarily to service small to medium businesses and home office operators. Today, 18 Hotkey franchises operate across Australia, with owners who not only work in but live in their franchise territory. In March 1998, Primus US acquired a 60% interest in Hotkey and later, in January 1999, acquired the remaining 40%.
