Shock Records is an independent record distributor and Australian music exporter. The company, born in 1988, is fully Australian owned and operated and employs over 140 staff in five state offices throughout the country. Shock Records works to promote tours of local and international artists as well as their new releases from a diverse range of music styles, including Australian music, dance/pop, alternative, hip hop, urban, punk, hardcore, rock, metal, roots and retro.
Shock Records exclusively licenses, markets, promotes and distributes music from over 100 international and Australian record labels. Some of these labels include, Koch, Epitaph, Beggars Banquet, Deathrow, Psychopathic, D3, Blackground, React, Hed Kandi, Global Underground and Sanctuary.
