Wildfire Studios is a developer specializing in games for PC, Mac, console and hand-held devices. The company originally carved itself a niche in the video pinball market with titles such as Balls of Steel and Devil’s Island Pinball. Wildfire is focused on creating games by building on its strong publisher relationships and original IP.

Wildfire Studios games are available on all the major game portals including Yahoo!, Big Fish Games, RealNetworks, Oberon, MSN and worldwide retail outlets. Wildfire believes its success comes from its professional working relationships with a variety of publishers and sales partners, its practice of building reusable tools and technology and creating fun, high quality games. Tumblebugs 2 is Wildfire’s latest release, which has been developed for release on all major platforms.

Founded in 1995, Brisbane-based Wildfire Studios gained immediate recognition with the launch of the best-selling and critically acclaimed pinball simulator Balls of Steel. The company has now released some fifteen casual games across multiple platforms. Its games have been published by major firms such as 3D Realms, Take 2, Infogrames and EA. Wildfire Studios have also self-published two games to date: Devil’s Island Pinball in 1999 and more recently, Jungo in 2007.
