Phase New Media provides various services including digital strategy development, planning and project management; web design and development; online marketing and advertising; digital film production; and software programming.

During the 1990s, founding directors of Phase New Media, Andre Ferreira and Kylie Brown worked in San Francisco for top-tier management consultancies, focusing on strategic and operational management and marketing for medium to large corporations. In response to client enquiries and growing interest in the World Wide Web during this time, the duo established Phase New Media in 1997.
