Rockaway Records is an independently owned music store and is one of the last music stores in Brisbane to carry a full range of music and movies from CDs and DVDs to LPs and collectables. Rockaway Records trades unique music and movie memorabilia and collectables, with anything from rare vinyl LPs and 45s to past concert tickets and tour programs.

The Brisbane store has been trading since 1992 and has now expanded to include all types of band, movie and game merchandise.

The store was originally located in Paddington before moving to Ashgrove. Currently the store is located in the Centro shopping centre at Springwood. There are two other Rockaway Records stores overseas, which are owned and operated by other family members.

The Los Angeles store is the flagship and has been trading for over 30 years while the Arizona store has been trading for over 24 years. Rockaway Los Angeles is one of the largest music collectable firms in the world and has a reputation for supplying investment grade collectibles to many well known private investors. Rockaway Records regularly sells items through Sotheby’s and Christie’s auction houses.
