Airlock Studios
An industry respected sound recording studio
Airlock Studios is located just twenty minutes from the Brisbane CBD, in the suburb of Samford. Airlock Studios works on 12 hour sessions and have several in house audio engineers to suit client’s needs. The studio has released quality recordings, demos, pre-production, film scores and film/vision synchronisation. The experienced engineers will help artists sound the best they possibly can. Airlock Studios can also accommodate larger projects such as large string sections. The studio also provides accommodation for musicians who would like to stay at the studio whilst completing a project and has room to sleep four people.
History:Airlock was initially formed in East Brisbane in 1996. It relocated to Samford in 2000 and has recently upgraded equipment which includes a HD3 Protools system, and a TOFT 32 channel console.
