Play TV is a Brisbane-based film and television production company. Play TV was established in 2005 with a view to create the kind of inspired television commercials, programs and films that people hold in high regard.

Play TV is the shared vision of Director Frazer Bailey and Producer Jason Dwyer. Play TV has produced numerous commercials for local and national clients including Toyota, Qld Tourism, Supercheap, The Australian Government, RSPCA, GE Money and Metropolitan Funerals.

Bailey began his career in 1995 in the field of post production, and was part of the team that worked on The Crocodile Hunter. He moved onto freelance production before taking up the role of director. Bailey has directed four short films; Brainwave (2001), Self Serve (2003), Silencer (2005), and most recently, Glenn Owen Dodds (2009).

Dwyer has over 20 years experience as a producer of television commercials, music videos and promotional films. He has managed projects for clients in over 30 countries, and has produced creative for brands such as Mercedes, Volvo, Virgin and Vodafone. He was also an Executive Producer for a film for the Russian city of Sachi in its campaign for the 2014 Winter Olympics.
