Queensland’s only community television station.

31 Digital is based in Brisbane and broadcasts throughout southeast Queensland on digital channel 44. As it is the only community television station in Queensland 31 Digital attempts to reflect and encourage community identity and cultural diversity.
31 Digital is a key provider of training in, and encouragement of, independent television, production, management and broadcast. As 31 Digital holds a community broadcasting license (issued by the Australian Communications and Media Authority) it is a not-for-profit company, which is supported by its members, sponsors, program providers and volunteers.
The channel strives to reflect and encourage community identity and cultural diversity by offering programs focusing on Brisbane culture and lifestyle. Programs on 31 Digital cover local sport, gardening, tourism tips, events and general interest programming. In conjunction with this wide range of local programming, 31 Digital broadcasts a variety of national and international programs.
History:31 Digital (formally Briz 31 and QCTV) commenced transmission 17 years ago (in 1994).
