A publisher of industry-specific magazines
Trader Business Media publishes a number of industry-specific magazines relating to transport, logistics, rural areas, and business. Titles include Australasian Transport News (ATN), Owner/Driver, Australasian Bus and Coach (ABC), Blue’s Country, and SupplyChain Review. In addition to these print publications, the company also runs the Queensland Business Review website and its associated events and publications. This includes the annual Book of Lists publication which is the state’s leading business to business directory.
Trader Business Media also holds Women in Business networking events. These comprise of a series of breakfast and luncheon events, featuring a unique mix of keynote speakers from the State’s leading business women, and culminating in the prestigious Women in Business Awards gala dinner.
The Queensland 400 (Q400) is a unique program that aims to recognise and celebrate the achievements of Queensland’s local business heroes. It includes the official listing of the State’s top 400 privately held companies published in a full gloss magazine.
Trader Business Media is closely aligned with associations such as the Australian Trucking Association, Bus Industry Confederation and Supply Chain and Logistics Association of Australia and is their media partner for major industry events.
History:Founded in 1985 as Publishing Services Australia, the company was bought by ACP Magazines in 2007 and now trades as Trader Business Media. The company operates predominantly from its premises in Brisbane, but also employs staff and contractors in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.
