ABC Country
The ABC's digital radio station devoted to country music
ABC Country is a country music digital radio station available on DAB+ (and via live online streaming). Listeners can tune in to ABC country on digital radio in Brisbane, Adelaide, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney – with more locations to follow. ABC Country is not available on AM/FM radio. Dedicated country music fans and casual listeners are the target audience for this digital station. ABC Country is distinctively and strongly Australian, reflecting contemporary country music culture.
The ABC Country website offers community features where listeners can create profiles, send recommendations, comment on posts and create a social network.

History:On 1 July 2009, ABC Radio launched digital radio services in five mainland capital cities. Three new music channels were launched, one of which was ABC Country. This channel was formerly known as Dig Country, and was available online and via digital television.
