Hot Ant, a family owned subsidiary of Port Bimbi publishing, was created in February 2007 with its main focus being to develop and deliver unique websites for clients using flash technology or html, as well as offering a range of interactive CD-Rom design and multimedia applications. Hot Ant is a Brisbane-based company specialising in website development and multimedia design who also offer design services including animation, graphic design and corporate identity design.

Hot Ant has developed designs for many clients including McWilliam’s Wines, The Schools Guide, Queensland State Government and Bravien Financial. The website developed for another client, Mount Pleasant Estate, was recently awarded the Gold Medal from the Australian Web Designers Network.

Hot Ant’s interactive multimedia products, which are custom made, can be used for sales presentations, trade shows, marketing campaigns and virtual product displays.

Hot Ant is also an affiliate of the Uglii Coalition, the world’s first truly global online business directory.

Port Bimbi publish two magazines, among other projects; the Queensland/Northern Territory and Victorian editions of the Schools Guide. Hot Ant was created to specialise in web development and other multimedia products to service a growing client base in Brisbane.
