A publishing house specialising in business-to-business publications

The Magazine Publishing Company (TMPC) is a Nundah-based publishing house specialising in the production of business-to-business magazines, trade journals, conference handbooks, sporting programs, annual reports, and other specialist publications.

Its publications have received high-distinction recognition at the Bell Awards hosted by the Australian Business Publication Association. Amongst others, titles include Australia and New Zealand Baking Business, Urban Developer, and The Australian Retailer Magazine.

The company’s vision is to ensure the timely and cost-effective dispersion of information to the members of various business sectors via well-respected and authoritative publications.

The Magazine Publishing Company was established in 1986 when operations were run largely from the kitchen table of co-founder Trevor Kirk’s old Queenslander home. With company growth and an increase in staff members, TMPC moved to its current location in Nundah and has been under the direction of father-son management team Trevor and Alan Kirk since 1996.
